Post and responsibilities:
To work alongside the class teacher/s to support all children; respond to guidance and feedback from the class teacher and other experienced LSAs, to support children with a range of needs and an ability to guide and adapt learning in the moment so all children can access learning and practice independently; be proactive and uphold the culture of our school as a new team member in our flourishing school. You will work closely with the class teachers and other Learning Support Assistants, Head of School, External Agencies, SENDCo, Pastoral Lead to ensure you are well equipped to meet the needs of all children.
