Briar Hill Infant School
Briar Hill Ambassadors and Junior Road Safety Officers
Mrs Geach is our Ambassador Lead
Our Briar Hill Ambassadors play a vital role in being the 'pupil voice' for their peers and lead any Ambassador initiatives. Ambassadors showcase the school to our visitors and confidently talk about the brilliant things about our school.
Mrs Geach facilitates and supports the young leaders in their training, discussions and meetings and is dedicated to ensuring the ambassadors are championed within our friendly and nurturing school. Children fulfil the ambassador role for three half terms and during this time wear their special ambassador badge which they then get to keep.
Ambassadors also fulfil the role of the Warwickshire Local Authority 'Junior Road Safety Officers'. Last year we achieved GOLD and this year we aim to meet the standard of Platinum.
Ambassador roles and responsibilities include;
- listen to their peers, ready to share and feedback with the ambassador and JRSO team
- support the children when learning, at playtime and at specific events
- help to celebrate children's achievements linked to our culture, vision and curriculum
- be an outstanding representative for Briar Hill Infant School
